Separating Fibre from Seed

Turning Cotton into Yarn
Once the cotton fibres are cleaned and refined, they begin their journey through spinning machines where thousands of delicate fibres are gently twisted together into fine yarns — creating the base for soft, breathable and long-lasting fabric.
The Weaving Stage
Once the cotton fibres are transformed into fine yarns, they move towards the weaving stage where thousands of delicate threads are interlaced together with precision. Slowly, the yarns begin to take shape as soft cotton fabric.
Bringing Colours to Fabric
After weaving, the cotton fabric enters the dyeing stage where rich colours are carefully infused into the fibres, enhancing the fabric while preserving its softness, texture, and natural feel.
